Chef Indira Sitaraman has been cooking for her family for more than 40 years. After retiring from a career in IT, she turned her lifelong passion into a full-time kitchen, making fresh, home-cooked meals for families across New Jersey.
Every dish is made from scratch with produce from the local farmers market, using the same recipes she has perfected at home over four decades, plus a few of her own creations.
